Abstract:
This paper presents preliminary results of our recent achievements in fabrication of CNTs-Polypropylene composite materials by 3D printing for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding applications. For 3D printing, custom filaments were fabricated by extrusion. CNTs-polypropylene based composites with excellent shielding properties were successfully fabricated achieving shielding efficiencies up to 40 dB.
